Shipping policy
Shipping is estimated and based on size and weight of the items as well as destination. Selected types of shipping estimates are provided including domestic and international rates via the US Postal Service. If rates vary at time of shipping the customer will be contacted to adjust the total purchase. At that time the customer can decline the order and a total refund will be issued if the customer requests it or asks for a different delivery option. Other carriers we may use include UPS and FedEx. Our goal is to provide the lowest possible shipping costs at the time of purchase.
