Refund policy

This site will issue refunds only if orders are verified as damaged or incomplete. Customer must provide invoice or order number and evidence of damage or missing items. Refunds will only be issued for 30 days after delivery has been confirmed by carrier. Contact support@bradsugars.com for questions or to initiate a return or refund.
